Q: Which would be a better choice, the strapless Heart Rate Monitor or a Wireless monitor?
A: The strapless Heart Rate Monitor works without a chest strap. For some runners this is more convenient than wearing the strap during workouts.
Q: What is the difference between the Strapless Heart Rate Monitor and the Wireless Heart Rate Monitor?
A: The wireless heart rate monitor has a chest strap that measures a continuous heart rate and sends a signal to the watch. Using the strapless you simply place two fingers over the watch and receive a heart rate reading.
Q: Why is a User Changeable Battery a good idea:
A: You can buy a new battery for most Reebok and Cardiosport monitors. Most store carry the battery and you install it. You do not have to do your workouts without your monitor if it is sent in for a new battery.
Q: How long do Heart Rate Monitor Batteries last?
A: Your heart rate monitor battery will last up to 2 years, with your use about an hour each day.
Q: What does the ECG stand for?
A: An ECG, or electrocardiogram, is a measurement of your hearts electrical activity. The Reeboc Strapless technology will give you an accurate heart rate reading.
Q: What is your Return Policy?
A: If you are dissatisfied with ANY of our products, you may return the
item for a full refund within 30 days, less shipping costs. Please
contact us (contact us page) if you need to return a product, so that
we may find a way to satisfy you concern. Your credit card will be
credited a refund minus any shipping or handling fees.
Q: What is your Backorder Policy?
A: We will notify you within 48 hours should an item show up as a
backorder. We will try to find the best possible resolution for your
order should this occur.
Q: What is the cost of shipping and handling?
A: All orders are $8.50 per item via UPS ground shipping in the US and Canada. Actual arrival times will depend on your UPS Zone. (In most cases it
averages from 5 to 10 business days from the day the order was
placed). The total shipping charge for multiple products would be figured on the total weight for that order.
Q: What is your guarantee policy?
A: All of our Heart Rate Monitors and Pedometers come with a 30 day
guarantee. They will be replaced or you will be issued a refund.
Q: Do you charge sales tax?
A: Runner shoe laces does not charge sales tax for orders placed outside of
Michigan! If you order within the state of Michigan, you will be
charged an additional 6.0% for sales tax.
Q: What is your policy for damaged goods?
A: All heart rate monitors and pedometers are warranted directly by the
manufacturers. Items which are reported defective within 30 days of
receipt will be replaced or a refund will be issued.
